Small Group Offsite Reimbursement - Childcare

If you are submitting for a group, one person will be reimbursed and would need to distribute funds to other group members.

You may enter multiple dates but please submit all monthly reimbursements prior to the 10th of the next month.

$10/hour with 2 hour cap or $20 max per session
